• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the paywall, share-gate, authentication, rate limits, or any security or access-control feature;
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or abuse referrals, promotions, or free-rebuild requests;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying data, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or for any fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purpose;
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, or misrepresent your affiliation with Localz Only.

The Service's compiled recommendations, curated venue data, copy, design, and software are the property of Localz Only and are protected by law. Your limited personal-use license does not transfer any ownership. Aggregating or rebuilding a competing database from our content is prohibited.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other appropriate action, with or without notice. To report misuse, email getlocalzonly@gmail.com.
