Refund Policy
We want you to love your plan. If it misses the mark, we'll make it right with our 48-hour guarantee. This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service.
Our 48-hour guarantee
Within 48 hours of your purchase, if you're not happy with your itinerary, you can choose either:
- A free rebuild— tell us what didn't fit and we'll generate a new plan tailored to your feedback, at no extra cost; or
- A full refund— we'll refund your $49.99 in full, no hassle.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Once processed on our end, it typically takes your bank or card issuer 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. We refund the full amount you paid for the plan.
After 48 hours
Because our plans are digital products delivered immediately, purchases are generally final after the 48-hour window has passed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If something went wrong, reach out anyway — we read every message and want to help.
How to request a refund or rebuild
Email us at getlocalzonly@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase and include:
- The email address you used at checkout;
- Whether you'd like a refund or a free rebuild; and
- For a rebuild, a quick note on what you'd like changed so we can do it right.
We'll confirm and process your request promptly, typically within one business day.
Chargebacks
If something isn't right, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
